This position will support and assist with Odessa College’s Academic Partnerships area.
Specific Position Duties
Answering phone calls, helping with audits, forwarding/answering emails, messaging students with our messaging software, assisting with graduation, and other customer service duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, chat and in person.
High school diploma or equivalent.
